Our Philosophy
Founded by Tim Williams in 1986, Creative Renovations, Inc. specializes in major
additions, sunrooms, screen porches, and multi-level decks. With our
design-build service, we are able to handle the entire range of our client's
needs from designing the entire project to working from client-supplied
plans. Our goal is "to make the project look like the original
builder did it." When we're finished with the job, we want it to
"look like we've never been there." We have hundreds of
satisfied customers throughout the Triangle who will gladly verify all of the
above. Many of their letters can be viewed on our website on our
